We started ROZZ because we watched small manufacturers struggle with software that was either too expensive, too complex, or built for markets that don't share Lithuanian compliance requirements.
The average 30-employee manufacturer in Lithuania is managing production in Excel, invoicing in Rivile, HR in paper forms, and inventory in someone's head. It works β until it doesn't.
