Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ROZZ ERP software and project-based services provided by ROZZ Web Studio, offered by UAB ROZZ (“ROZZ”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. ROZZ ERP — Free Trial

ROZZ ERP is available on a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. No charges apply during the trial period. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless you choose a paid plan.

3. ROZZ ERP — Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full access to the service until that date.
  • Fees already charged for the current month are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (see Section 6).
  • To cancel, email billing@rozz.lt or use the cancellation option in your account settings.

4. ROZZ ERP — Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans are billed upfront for a 12-month period at a discounted rate.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining unused period after cancellation, except in the circumstances outlined in Section 6.
  • You may cancel an annual plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid annual term.
  • If you wish to downgrade from an annual to a monthly plan, this takes effect at the end of your current annual term.

5. ROZZ Web Studio — Project Services

Web design and development services are project-based and governed by a separate project agreement signed before work begins. General terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the project value) is required to commence work. This covers discovery, planning, and initial design work.
  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are liable for fees proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • If ROZZ is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our own fault, we will offer a full or partial refund as agreed in writing.
  • Completed and approved deliverables (design files, deployed websites) are non-refundable once accepted by the client.

6. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Service unavailability: If ROZZ ERP experiences downtime exceeding our SLA commitments in a given month, affected customers on paid plans are entitled to a service credit equivalent to the affected period.
  • Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), we will issue a full refund of the incorrect amount within 10 business days.
  • EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: If you are a natural person (not acting in the course of a business) and subscribed to a paid plan, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscription commencement without giving a reason, provided you have not yet used the service. To exercise this right, email billing@rozz.lt. Note: the majority of ROZZ customers are businesses (B2B), and this right does not apply to business customers.

7. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export purposes. You can request a full data export at any time by emailing hello@rozz.lt. After the 30-day window, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email billing@rozz.lt with:

  • Your account email address
  • Invoice number (found in your billing dashboard)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
