Pricing Questions Answered

What happens after the 30-day free trial?+
Your account continues on the plan you selected, and you'll be billed at the end of the trial period. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends — no charges.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new price is prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fees on Starter or Growth. Enterprise includes implementation services as part of the custom quote.
How does billing work?+
We bill per active user per month. Annual billing gives you a 20-18% discount. Invoices are issued monthly or annually depending on your billing preference.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA bank transfer, and invoicing for Enterprise customers.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the remaining period.
What is included in onboarding?+
Growth plan onboarding includes up to 3 remote sessions with our implementation team to configure your workflows, import your data, and train key users. Enterprise includes on-site visits.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes — 20% off on the Starter plan and 18% off on Growth when you pay annually.
Is there a discount for startups or early adopters?+
Early adopter customers receive a 20% discount across all plans for the first 12 months. Contact us to learn more.
What currencies do you support?+
Invoices and billing are in EUR. The ERP system supports multi-currency transactions including USD, GBP, PLN, and other major currencies.
